Data deletion instructions
StreamerHub deletes your account and any data received through social login (Instagram, TikTok, Google, Kakao) whenever you ask.
What we receive through social login
- Platform user ID (e.g. your Instagram user ID)
- Name and username
- Profile picture URL — Instagram does not provide your email, and we never receive your posts, messages or followers.
How to delete your data
- Delete your account on the site — Sign in, open My Account and press “Delete account” at the bottom. Deletion is immediate. Go to My Account →
- Remove the app on Instagram — In Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, remove StreamerHub and request data deletion. We delete your data automatically as soon as Instagram notifies us.
- Request by email — If you can't sign in, email us with the social account you used. We process requests and reply within 7 days. connect@blinkhub.net
What gets deleted
Your login links, profile (name, picture), favorites, tool history and profile verification are all deleted. If you purchased credits, only the payment records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law, without your name, picture or other social data.
