Terms of Service
These terms govern the rights and obligations between the Company and users regarding the use of StreamerHub services.
Notice: This page is a template-based draft. Before launching the service in production, please have it reviewed by an attorney or legal professional specializing in e-commerce law and standard terms regulation. Business registration number, mail-order business registration number, and similar details will be added once registered.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between StreamerHub (hereinafter the "Company") and users in connection with the live streaming analytics, tools, and content services (hereinafter the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" means all free and paid tools, guides, insights, and analytics features that the Company provides at https://streamer.blinkhub.net and related domains.
2. "User" means any member or non-member who uses the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
3. "Member" means a person who has provided personal information to the Company, completed registration, and may continuously use the Service.
4. "Paid Service" means a service that allows additional usage or premium features to be used through payment.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
1. The Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen and footer of the Service so that users can easily access them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
3. When amending the Terms, the Company shall give notice at least 7 days before the effective date. For amendments unfavorable to users, notice shall be given at least 30 days in advance, and users who do not agree to the amended Terms may withdraw their membership.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
1. The Company provides the following services:
- Free tools: score diagnosis, diamond payout calculator, BGM copyright lookup, and others.
- Paid tools: AI-based title analysis, content ideas, streaming time recommendations, setup recommendations, and others (converted to paid after 3 free uses per member).
- Guides and insight content.
2. The Service is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, year-round. However, it may be temporarily suspended for the Company's operational or technical reasons.
Article 5 (Membership Registration and Accounts)
1. Membership is established when the user agrees to these Terms and completes authentication with a Kakao, Google, or other social account.
2. The Company may refuse to approve, or subsequently terminate, an account in the following cases:
- When the user has not used their real name or has stolen another person's identity.
- When the user has submitted false information or omitted mandatory fields requested by the Company.
- When the Company otherwise determines that there is a technical impediment.
3. Members may not transfer or lend their account to any third party, and members are solely responsible for the management of their account.
Article 6 (Payment for Paid Services)
1. For certain services such as AI analysis tools, the Company converts usage to paid after 3 free uses per member.
2. The price, payment method, and billing cycle of Paid Services are stated on the checkout page and apply at the time of payment.
3. Payment is processed through PG providers such as Toss Payments and PortOne, and payment information is handled directly by the PG provider.
4. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate [Refund Policy].
Article 7 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
1. Misappropriating another person's information.
2. Unauthorized modification, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of information posted by the Company.
3. Infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
4. Abnormal use of the Service through automated tools, crawlers, scripts, or similar means.
5. Misusing the Service through multiple accounts in order to bypass the free-use quota for AI tools.
6. Posting obscene, violent, discriminatory, abusive, or pornographic content.
7. Acts that interfere with the stable operation of the Service.
Article 8 (Limitations of AI Analysis Results)
1. Analysis results provided by the Company's AI tools are reference materials based on statistical and general algorithmic principles, and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Users must use AI analysis results based on their own judgment, and they bear sole responsibility for decisions made based on such results.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses (e.g., failure to grow live viewership, failure to generate revenue) arising from the use of AI analysis results.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1. Copyrights to all content within the Service provided by the Company (guides, insights, tool UI, design, logos, etc.) belong to the Company.
2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the Company's content without prior written consent from the Company.
3. Copyright to input data and content created by users belongs to the users; however, users agree that the Company may use such data in anonymized form for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Article 10 (Restrictions on Use of the Service)
1. If a user breaches the obligations under these Terms or disrupts the normal operation of the Service, the Company may take measures such as warning, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension of use.
2. The Company may suspend use of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:
- When unavoidable due to construction such as the repair of Service facilities.
- When force majeure occurs, including natural disasters or national emergencies.
- When a failure occurs in externally entrusted services such as PG providers or AI providers.
Article 11 (Membership Withdrawal)
1. Members may request withdrawal at any time via in-service settings or by emailing support@blinkhub.com.
2. Upon withdrawal, any remaining paid usage rights shall be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
3. After withdrawal, personal information shall be handled in accordance with the [Privacy Policy].
Article 12 (Disclaimers)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any suspension of the Service caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, communication failures, or power outages.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to use the Service that is attributable to the user.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from information or results that the user obtains through the use of the Service.
4. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party, and shall not be liable to compensate for damages arising therefrom.
Article 13 (Jurisdiction)
1. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern any dispute relating to these Terms and the use of the Service.
2. In the event of litigation arising from use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect on May 12, 2026.
