Streamer Hub (hereinafter the "Company") values your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.

Article 1 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
Streamer Hub (hereinafter the "Company") collects the following personal information.
1. OAuth social login: email, nickname, profile image, social platform unique ID (the platform you connect among TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram)
2. With your consent for live data analysis: your public live chat, viewer statistics, and content metadata
3. When using AI tools: content you directly enter into the tools (titles, nickname keywords, content descriptions, SOS queries, etc.) and the resulting AI responses. These may later be used for you to revisit your own usage history, for service improvement, and for anonymized statistical analysis.
4. At login: your access IP address, the country and broader region estimated from it, and your User-Agent. These are used for personal security alerts (abnormal access detection) and member distribution statistics. We do not collect city-level or precise location data.
5. Items collected automatically: access IP, browser information, cookies, and service usage records
The Company does not collect sensitive information (race, ideology, political views, medical information, etc.).
Article 2 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
1. Member identification and verification
2. Providing live broadcast analytics, moderation, and insights
3. Service improvement and new feature development
4. Delivering notices and responding to inquiries
5. Preventing misuse and blocking unauthorized access
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
As a rule, the Company destroys personal information immediately upon membership withdrawal. However, in the following cases, information is retained for a certain period in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Protection of Communications Secrets Act: login records for 3 months
2. Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription for 5 years; records of payment and supply of goods for 5 years; records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution for 3 years
3. Internal company policy: records of misuse for 1 year
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. The following cases are exceptions.
1. When the user has given prior consent
2. When required by law or requested through lawful procedures for investigative purposes
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
To provide the service, the Company may entrust the processing of personal information as follows.
1. Cloud infrastructure: Vercel Inc., Amazon Web Services (server hosting and data storage)
2. AI analysis: Anthropic, PBC (temporary processing when the user inputs into a tool; no permanent storage)
3. Analytics tools: Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics (anonymized usage statistics)
Article 6 (Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information)
Upon expiration of the retention period or fulfillment of the processing purpose, the Company destroys the information without delay.
1. Electronic files: permanently deleted by methods that prevent recovery or reproduction
2. Paper documents: shredded or incinerated
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
You may exercise the following rights at any time.
1. Request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information
2. Membership withdrawal (via in-service settings or email request)
3. Withdrawal of consent

The Company uses cookies to improve the user experience. You may refuse cookies in your browser settings; some services may be limited if you do so.

Article 11 (Changes to This Policy)
This policy takes effect from May 10, 2026.
When the policy is changed, the changes will be announced within the service 7 days before the effective date.
For material changes (collected items, purposes of use, provision to third parties, etc.), the announcement will be made 30 days in advance.
